Plenum Fan

A centrifugal fan with no scroll housing used in plenum-return air-handling units, where the fan discharges directly into a surrounding plenum chamber rather than into ductwork. The design reduces system effect losses and noise while allowing flexible duct connections on multiple sides of the housing.
