Legacy Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute standard, predecessor to AHRI 210/240, that defined the rating conditions and test procedures for unitary air-conditioning equipment. Its capacity and efficiency ratings at 95 degrees Fahrenheit outdoor temperature became the historical basis for equipment comparison before AHRI consolidated the rating standards.
