Sensible Heat Gain

The portion of the total cooling load that raises the dry-bulb temperature of the space air without changing its moisture content, resulting from conduction, solar radiation, lighting, equipment, and occupants. It is handled by the sensible cooling capacity of the coil or terminal unit.
