Psychrometric Constant

A coefficient in the psychrometer equation that relates wet-bulb depression to vapor pressure, dependent on the design of the psychrometer and the airflow velocity across the wet-bulb wick. For a properly aspirated psychrometer using water, the constant is approximately 0.000799 per degree Fahrenheit.
