Blower Door

A calibrated fan system temporarily mounted in a building doorway that depressurizes the structure to a standard pressure difference to measure whole-building air leakage in cubic feet per minute. HVAC technicians use blower door results to understand infiltration loads and diagnose duct leakage contributions.
