Toroidal Transformer

A transformer wound on a donut-shaped ferromagnetic core that produces very low magnetic flux leakage, reduced electromagnetic interference, and higher efficiency than comparable E-I laminated core transformers. Toroidal control transformers are used in high-quality HVAC electronic control panels where EMI immunity is important.
