Shaft Grounding Ring

A device mounted on the motor shaft that uses conductive microfiber brushes to provide a low-impedance path for high-frequency shaft currents to ground, preventing them from discharging through the bearings. Shaft grounding rings are a cost-effective solution to VFD-induced bearing fluting in variable speed HVAC motors.
