Oxygen Barrier Tubing

PEX or other flexible tubing with an added layer, typically EVOH, that prevents oxygen from permeating through the tube wall into the hydronic system water. Oxygen intrusion accelerates corrosion of ferrous components such as boiler heat exchangers and cast iron pump bodies.
