Andrew was very thorough. He got here at 10:10 and left at 12:30. He checked outside and in the attic. He doesnu2019t know if he fixed it but said give it a try and call back if necessary.
the techs were very nice and did find a broken wire, but i was still having intermittent issues with my heat pump, the service is still ongoing so we will see how things work out
Andrew was very efficient. I was running a few minutes behind and when I arrived he had already diagnosed and resolved the issue. I have air again!
