Service call was excellent. Eric identified gas fireplace issue was a faulty wall switch, he then cleaned out fireplace thoroughly and showed me how to alternately start gas fireplace until switch is replaced.
They have done a great job installing and maintaining our gas fireplace logs. They are very quick to respond very professional and very clean, which is important dealing with fireplaces.
