Condensing Boiler

A high-efficiency boiler designed to extract latent heat from flue gases by cooling them below the dew point of the combustion products, causing water vapor to condense. It achieves efficiencies above 90 percent AFUE when supplied with low return water temperatures, typically below 130 degrees F.
