Exhaust Air Transfer Ratio

A metric that quantifies how much exhaust air leaks into the supply airstream of a heat or energy recovery ventilator, expressed as a fraction of the exhaust flow. Lower values indicate better separation and less risk of recirculating indoor pollutants.
