Inhibited Glycol

A heat transfer fluid consisting of ethylene or propylene glycol combined with corrosion inhibitor packages that protect metals in the hydronic system from oxidation and galvanic attack. The inhibitor package degrades over time and must be tested and replenished periodically to maintain protection.
