Latent Heat Gain

The cooling load component caused by moisture entering a conditioned space through infiltration, occupant respiration and perspiration, internal processes, or ventilation air. Removing this moisture requires latent cooling capacity at the coil to condense vapor without necessarily lowering dry-bulb temperature further.
