Room Condition Line

A line on the psychrometric chart connecting the room design condition to the apparatus dew point, whose slope represents the space sensible heat ratio. It is used to verify that the selected cooling coil and supply air conditions will simultaneously satisfy both the sensible and latent cooling requirements of the space.
